How would you describe the week? ❤️

It's been another busy week. As well as the work around the org design, I was up and down to London for a Leadership meeting with people from across our group of businesses.
What was good about this week? 👍
Work progressing on the org design
We started having drop-in clinics which is helping people have discussions around the changes that are being made and ensure they can ask questions that they have
Booked in Tribe sessions for Tribes to propose squads based on their domains
Set up some delivery working groups
Progression framework conversations continuing with sessions planned in the diary to start to create the framework
Thinking going into how we set our Tribes and Squads up for success when they change in the new org design
Moving our roadmaps into Jira Advanced Roadmaps - I finally got the Purchase Order raised this week and should be getting that sorted soon ahead of the squads resetting
Meeting up with the Product and Design leadership team across CAG to start to build relationships
Got to learn lots about the products that other teams look after and could start to join the dots around how they support cinch
Got to meet some new people and understand what they do
We headed out after work for some social drinks and to get to know each other more
More work done for the Pride Network as their chair
Released Issue 2 of The Tea (our networks educational magazine) on the topic of World AIDS Day
Raised money for World AIDS across all 3 of our office locations
Submitted a creative brief to ask our creative team to create logos for the network
Worked with our Women In Tech network to help them set up their infrastructure
What could I do better at next week? 🔍
I need to get better at asking for help. Lots of things have happened this week and I've taken them on without understanding what I have capacity to take on and it's caused more stress, which has meant that I haven't dealt with some situations in the way I would have liked to have.
